1. In case data does not exist for the selected Period, a custom exception is thrown and export and print buttons are hidden.
2. In case Hierarchy is not defined for the DIM3, 'ALL' is the only binded hierarchy.
3. In case Analysis Metric Dropdown in not bound, it throws application error.
